#Psalm139 – Ian speaks on (King) David’s psalm, which praises God’s powerful attributes:
1. God’s omniscience (vs. 1-6)
God knows us through and through and seeks to evaluate us, sifting the chaff from the wheat to see if we’re true. He protects us, which is a great comfort.
2. God’s omnipresence (vs. 7-12)
No one can flee from God, which is a comforting yet sobering thought.
3. God’s omnipotence (vs. 13-18)
God made us and thus has ownership of us. He has plans for what we are and will become.
4. God’s enemies (vs. 19-22)
It is better to obey God than be in rebellion!
